This is Mr. Viereck. I have been a teacher in East Orange before you were born. I was born East Orange and grew up in West Orange. Currently, I live in Cedar Grove. Give the Extra Effort

I am very happy with the effort of all my students. I have noticed that most are really trying to do their best. I would like to congratulate them and encourage them to keep up the good work. I just want them to know that I appreciate their effort. I am sure that their is always room for improvement. If you want to succeed you have to give the extra effort. You cannot be the be test if you only give an average effort. A diver in the Olympics has to try the dives with more difficulty in order to get the point neccessary to win, but this can also lead to disater. In the same way you have to attempt the difficult things in order to succeed. You may fail, but you will never succeed if you do not try. I would alos like to recognize Vernon Bradshaw as the student of the week. When you see Vernon please congratulate him.
